Job Summary
Role at the intersection of strategy and execution: turn priorities into scalable workflows, operational systems, SOPs, and cross-functional initiatives that help the business run more effectively as it scales. Collaborate with leadership to drive initiative execution from idea to implementation, map and improve internal workflows, build and maintain SOPs and process maps, and partner with teams to implement new tools, automations, and playbooks. Act as an operational connector across departments to ensure projects move forward, surface blockers, and translate priorities into structured ownership and timelines. This is a remote independent-contractor engagement with a focus on driving clarity, accountability, and scalable processes across the business.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in Business Operations, Operations, Project Management, Consulting, Chief of Staff, Implementation, or a similar cross-functional role
- Strong operational and systems thinking
- Experience managing projects across multiple stakeholders and departments
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
- Strong process mapping and documentation skills
- Excellent organizational and follow-through capabilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly proactive and resourceful — someone who naturally identifies gaps and drives action
- Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Experience in startups, agencies, consulting firms, SaaS, ecommerce, or operationally complex businesses is highly valued
