Business Operations Intern - Spring 2027

Job Summary
Support project and portfolio management, change management, and business process improvement for the Global Business Operations Team. Assist with preparing deliverables, scheduling, researching industry best practices, and designing communication materials. Collaborate with Finance, HR, Legal, and Technology functions to drive optimal operational solutions. This fully in-person or hybrid role (Tuesdays & Thursdays onsite in Washington, DC) requires 30-40 hours per week during standard business hours. A monthly stipend covers expenses; the program runs January 11 – April 9, 2027. Candidates must have completed two years of undergraduate study and prior professional or leadership experience.
Required Qualifications
- Completed at least two years of undergraduate study by the start of their internship
- At least one prior professional internship experience or significant leadership experience in extracurricular, campus, volunteer, or community-based organizations
- Ability to commit to a schedule consistent with the required time commitment listed above (20, 30, or 40 hours per week during standard business hours)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience in project management or process implementation
