Job Summary

Manage human resources administration, payroll, benefits coordination, and office operations while ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting staff retention. Oversee technology systems, insurance programs, and risk management records, and lead process improvement initiatives to strengthen operational efficiency. Coordinate employee training, vendor contracts, and budgeting for assigned business operations, providing guidance to administrative support staff and assisting with organizational planning. Maintain personnel policies, compliance documentation, and standard operating procedures to uphold a positive organizational culture aligned with the Association's mission.
