Job Summary
Run the BizOps portfolio end to end by prioritizing initiatives by business impact, setting deadlines, and assigning owners to ship measurable outcomes. Deliver the Customer Success operating model through capacity planning, workload management, and account assignment, while driving AI adoption from opportunity to production. Ship executive dashboards and govern weekly and monthly business reviews to provide decision-ready reporting. Execute cross-functionally with CS, RevOps, Product, Engineering, AI, Finance, and Data to unblock dependencies and keep initiatives moving. Quantify the impact of every initiative regarding efficiency gains, productivity improvements, and customer outcomes. Build an independent BizOps team by hiring, coaching, and maintaining high delivery standards. This PJ contract is based in Brazil.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in BizOps, Strategy, RevOps, CS Operations, or consulting
- track record of shipping operational systems
- led managers and cross-functional programs to completion under deadlines
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Executive presence and stakeholder management
- Builder mindset with bias to action
- Fluent written and verbal English
