Job Summary
The Business Operations Director leads operational excellence efforts, managing critical tasks for optimizing BeOne’s portfolio performance. This senior leadership role involves overseeing execution of projects, internal and external initiatives, and operational planning with a focus on KPIs and cross-functional alignment. Key responsibilities include providing strategic insights, driving performance analytics, supporting congresses and events, and fostering team and talent development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management within the pharmaceutical sector, particularly in oncology, demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, and possess exceptional communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- +10 years of qualified work experience in project management and related operations management areas
- Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence in pharma companies
- Highly self-motivated, solution-oriented with an ability to work both with light-touch supervision and as part of a team environment
- Strong leadership and time, task and resource management skills
- Success-, service-, and commercial-oriented thinking and working
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Oncology or Hemato-Oncology is highly desirable
- Demonstrable planning, project management and analytical skills
- Exceptional communication skills and thought leadership
- Fluency in both verbal and written German and English necessary; any other major European language is an advantage
