Build and own HRIS and people ops systems from the ground up, managing vendor and contractor relationships end to end while handling contracts with real fluency. Support board ops and leadership with operational rigor, creating processes where none exist and using AI tools as a default part of your workflow. Manage contracts and vendors with real judgment while working directly with leadership. Work core US Eastern hours in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment. This role is for someone who has actually built HRIS and people ops systems from zero, owning the operational backbone of the company including people ops, business ops, vendor and contractor management, and board ops.
