Job Summary
Execute day-to-day operations across CRM data management, invoicing, scheduling, and client coordination to ensure data accuracy, timely processing of invoices, organized schedules, and proactive follow-up. Leverage Excel/Google Sheets/OneDrive and CRM systems to maintain clean records, support billing reconciliations, and keep operational workflows running smoothly. Remote, EST-hours role focused on execution with emphasis on detail, systems-driven processes, and proactive problem-solving. Requires strong written communication, ability to manage multiple workflows, and comfort working independently in a remote environment. This role supports leadership with operational tasks, maintains updated CRM pipelines, and contributes to reporting and documentation efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Operations coordination
- Administrative support experience
- Billing or invoicing experience
- Scheduling or workflow coordination experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Outlook
- Proficiency in Word
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams
- Proficiency in OneDrive
- CRM experience (Aspire experience is a plus)
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to maintain high operational accuracy
- Comfortable working independently in remote environments
