Job Summary
Business Operations Coordinator responsible for day-to-day operational execution across CRM management, billing/invoicing, scheduling/workforce coordination, and client communications. Maintain accurate CRM records and organizational data across Excel/Google Sheets/OneDrive/CompanyCam, coordinate invoicing and accounts receivable, manage scheduling and time tracking for payroll and job costing, and support leadership with execution-heavy operational tasks. Focus on data accuracy, timely invoices, organized schedules, proactive identification of inefficiencies, and clear, structured documentation. Requires remote, EST-aligned work hours, strong detail-orientation, independent work capability, and experience with CRM systems (Aspire a plus) and Microsoft 365 apps. Has potential for growth into more senior or executive-operational roles within a fully remote environment.
