Job Summary
Business Operations Coordinator to support Order Management, Business Operations, and Office Administration. responsibilities include assisting order management with processing orders, vendor bills, customer invoicing, collections, and commissions; reviewing order documents for completeness; tracking orders and ensuring timely updates; maintaining accurate records; supporting transactional documents (agreements, SOWs, RFIs, RFQs, RFPs) and contract execution; updating policies and procedures; managing office operations and inventory; coordinating vendor relations, mail, deliveries, and office events; and assisting with special projects. Requires detail-oriented, proactive, organized candidate with 2–4 years of admin/ops experience, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AR/AP workflows, CRM, and QuickBooks is a plus; role is fully onsite in Rockville, MD.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
- 2 – 4 years of administrative, office support, order management, or business operations experience.
- Familiarity with basic accounts receivable and/or accounts payable processes including invoicing, collections, and vendor billing.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Experience with CRM platforms and/or QuickBooks or similar accounting and order management software.
