Job Summary
Business Operations and Automation Intern role at Fever focusing on supporting sales teams by introducing automations and tooling, addressing CRM inconsistencies, and delivering process mapping, documentation, playbooks, and tutorials. Works with diverse teams across markets in an international environment, leveraging analytics to drive improvements. Key skills include Spanish and English proficiency, data analytics mindset, and proficiency with Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF) and tools such as Salesforce, SQL, Google Sheets, or Airtable. Required Qualifications
- Proficient in Spanish and English (spoken, written, and read)
- Background in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy
- Experience or eagerness with Google Sheets features (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF)
- Familiarity with Salesforce, SQL, Google Sheets, or Airtable (or willingness to develop)
- Strong organizational skills and process documentation abilities
- Ability to collaborate across international teams (up to 40 countries)
