Job Summary
Own and evolve the Private Assets Product operating model, governance framework, and execution standards to ensure consistent team performance. Maintain strong governance across Jira and Jira Product Discovery by ensuring workflows, reporting, and data integrity support effective execution. Drive initiatives to improve dashboards, reporting, tooling, and operational processes while coordinating cross-functional efforts to implement process enhancements. Prepare materials for governance forums, document key decisions, and track follow-up actions to maintain end-to-end visibility across the product portfolio. Develop standard operating procedures, playbooks, and training materials to foster knowledge sharing and operational consistency across a growing global organization.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of professional experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, Business Operations, Management Consulting, or the Financial Services industry
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or another relevant discipline
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Jira Product Discovery (JPD), or similar product lifecycle and workflow management platforms
- Strong process management and operational excellence capabilities, with the ability to design, document, and continuously improve scalable business processes
- Excellent organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence and professionalism to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
- Demonstrated ability to drive execution by coordinating cross-functional teams, following through on commitments, and fostering accountability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with reporting dashboards or business intelligence tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise communications for diverse audiences
