Business Operations Associate - Junior (Night Shift)

Job Summary
Interpret data, analyze results, and process transactions in systems supporting submission clearance, policy issuance, and other operations. Prepare and issue documents and reports accurately while interacting with team members and customers to complete deliverables. Communicate issues or queries timely to ensure quick resolution and assist with troubleshooting and process improvements. Maintain high accuracy and meet service level requirements using strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and Word. This junior night shift role requires a BS in a relevant discipline and is open to candidates with insurance industry experience or tech skills.
Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal/written communication with fluency in the English language
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Detail and quality minded
- Collaborative and team-oriented with ability to execute within an international team
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible with changing requirements and ability to learn new processes quickly
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships
- Data processing and analysis experience
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Information Management, Statistics or related discipline
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in insurance industry desirable
- Candidates with tech skills are preferred
