Job Summary
Manage the order pipeline from booking to delivery and revenue recognition, coordinating daily execution of vehicle orders and deliveries including backlog management and sales order delivery. Respond to general order-related inquiries from cross-functional departments and collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to streamline sales pipeline management. Ensure data quality across internal systems like SMP, Warp, AX, and TMS while investigating system discrepancies and finalizing solutions. Assist with special projects, data analysis, and testing new system logic and procedures. Requires moderate MS Excel skills and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain cooperative cross-functional relationships
- Self-starter who is goal-oriented, highly motivated and also able to follow instructions
- Superior attention to detail
- Technological fluency and ability to operate within internal business systems and MS Office with moderate skills in MS Excel
- Strong desire to take initiative, eager to learn, result-oriented and creative thinker
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment, multitask and prioritize appropriately, organizing tasks and processes, and tracking findings and deliverables
