Job Summary
Conduct daily banking operations including account openings, fund transfers, wire processing, and monthly reconciliations via phone and email. Troubleshoot client issues with proprietary software, query databases using SQL, and perform root cause analysis to ensure timely resolution. Onboard new clients into the Stretto database, submit bug fix requests, and execute user acceptance testing. Manage live calls for the Banking Services team, document interactions in CRM systems, and escalate urgent matters to higher levels per established protocols. Maintain high SLA adherence while collaborating with the BankOps team to optimize processes and deliver exceptional client service.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Finance
- Ideally, candidates should possess at least two years of prior banking experience, preferably in operations, or equivalent experience in the banking industry
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must be able to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with federal, state and local standards
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
- Work in the office as required, based on business needs and team schedules
- Candidates should currently reside within approximately 20–30 miles of Irvine and be able to reliably commute to the work location as required
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Finance strongly preferred

- Experience with supporting proprietary software a plus
- Bankruptcy knowledge a plus
