Job Summary
Manage moderately complex supply chain processes including inventory analysis, manufacturing processes, and logistics management. Identify opportunities for process improvement and independently execute Manufacturing System and SAP Inventory Transactions for warehouse and shipping. Provide consulting to Supply Chain, Engineers, Manufacturing, Finance, and 3PL partners while performing root cause analysis and business escalations. Generate and update process documentation, support business testing requests, and conduct physical versus manufacturing system reconciliation. Participate in on-call support, project meetings, and special requests while reviewing metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- First level university degree
- Advanced university degree
- 4-6 years of experience in project management, supply chain or/and inventory management
- Expertise in SAP S/4, particularly in Production Planning, Warehouse Management, and Material Management
- Excellent analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make deliver)
- Ability to summarize abstract ideas clearly and independently manage project objectives
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Advance level in English and mastery in local language
- Proven relationship management skills, including consulting
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility
- Strong understanding of the company's overall supply chain strategy
- Possesses advanced, well‐rounded proficiency in inventory analysis methodologies and best practices
- Developed leadership skills including team-building and conflict resolution and management
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
