Drive workflow improvements and operating efficiency by analyzing current systems and proposing technical enhancements in the banking domain (GSF Billing). Collaborate with management, staff, and IT; participate in development and testing of new applications; ensure changes align with policy and regulatory requirements. Support project management, documentation, and communication of results with strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Basic qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; typically two or more years of related experience. Preferred skills include knowledge of policies, procedures, project management, testing methodologies, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; hybrid schedule with in-office expectation of 3+ days per week.
