Business Operations Analyst

Job Summary
Gather, organize, and analyze information to identify and execute improvement initiatives for existing business processes. Contribute to and lead multiple projects while providing daily support for departmental operations. Perform statistical analyses using SQL, Python, and Power BI to support business decisions and offer insight for process improvement across functional areas. Collaborate with leaders across departments to understand business needs and strategy, ensuring accurate goal setting and precise execution of company objectives. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with occasional weekend requirements, located in a professional office environment. Required Qualifications
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future
- Bachelors Degree, or equivalent years of experience
- GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale
- Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
- The ability to quickly assess problems and find workable solutions
- The skills to synthesize information, distill relevant facts and reach logical conclusions
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Occasional weekends may be required
Desired Qualifications
- Finance, Accounting or Economics majors preferred
- Involvement in extracurricular activities, on-campus organizations, and/or community, public service or similar activities is preferred
- Internship experience or work experience in finance is preferred
