Job Summary
Manage day-to-day office operations for the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency Regional Headquarters by handling administrative support, records management, and employee processing. Maintain databases and track suspense actions, workloads, and customer requests while researching and implementing DoD policies. Provide phone coverage, coordinate calendars and travel bookings, and draft official correspondence including reports and classified documents. Track internal actions via task management systems and serve as the primary point of contact for regional queries and special requests. Requires daily in-office attendance with up to 10% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Two years of experience relating to the requirements
- Six years of related work experience (substitution for degree)
- Total of eight (8) years of experience
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Good command of the English language
- Active Top Secret clearance
- Ability to maintain DoD security clearance
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft suite, SharePoint, Excel)
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and research abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork
- Willingness to travel as needed (up to 10%)
- Ability to work in a dynamic, mission-critical environment
- Daily in office attendance
- Ability to sit and talk or hear
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- Ability to occasionally stand; walk and reach with hands and arms
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
