Job Summary
Manage sales and financial data requiring monthly revisions and updates. Support division leadership with timely reporting, preparing accounting statements and month-end accruals. Oversee daily accounts receivable operations, ensuring accurate billing, invoice generation, and follow-up on overdue accounts. Generate monthly reports on account status, discrepancies, and aging while handling billing disputes with clients and internal teams. Collaborate with procurement, accounting, and legal teams to resolve issues and ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards. Maintain records of billed and unbilled revenue, tracking contract performance and financial results. Serve as a point of contact for client billing inquiries. Requires Korean/English bilingualism, 3+ years in financial operations, and ability to travel 5% in the US.
Required Qualifications
- Korean/English Bi-lingual
- Associate's degree in Finance, Business, and Information technology or a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to travel 5% in the US
- Strong planning, and organizational skills
- Excellent Word/Excel/Power Point skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information in a clear and concise manner

- Detail-oriented, eager to learn new skills and able to work under time pressure
- 3+ years in accounting or financial operations as well as experience and knowledge of accounting and financial principle
