Job Summary
Support sales by managing progress against KPIs and formulating policies and strategies to ensure the Rakuten Mobile Corporate Sales organization achieves its goals. Responsibilities include Information Gathering across the department, Action Plan Formulation, and Action Execution with stakeholders; Designing KPIs for subscription and revenue targets; Planning and implementing sub-KPIs for sales activity; Planning and executing sales strategies for line acquisition based on trends and field realities; Creating high-level reports for the CEO and executives.
Required Qualifications
- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)

- Experience in effectiveness verification and improvement in business operations
