Business Operation Support (Korean Bilingual)

Job Summary
Manage sales and financial data through monthly revisions and updates, preparing accounting statements, month-end accruals, and generating reports on account status and aging. Oversee daily accounts receivable operations to ensure timely billing and follow up on overdue accounts, while handling discrepancies and disputes with clients and internal teams. Collaborate with procurement, accounting, and legal teams to support division leadership with valuable reporting and ensure proper revenue recognition in compliance with standards. Serve as the primary contact for billing inquiries, maintaining records of billed and unbilled revenue to track contract performance. Requires an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance or related fields, Korean/English bilingual proficiency, and strong Excel/Word skills. 5% travel in the US required.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Finance, Business, and Information technology or a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to travel 5% in the US
- Korean/English Bi-lingual
- Strong planning, and organizational skills
- Excellent Word/Excel/Power Point skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information in a clear and concise manner
- Critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, prioritizing, and time management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Detail-oriented, eager to learn new skills and able to work under time pressure
- 3+ years in accounting or financial operations as well as experience and knowledge of accounting and financial principle
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information technology or a related field or equivalent practical experience
