Job Summary
Responsible for building and optimizing sales processes for Rakuten Mobile Corporate Sales, including establishing new workflows, refining existing procedures, and supporting field sales coordination after inbound lead acquisition. Contributes to the referral of corporate clients across Rakuten Group, redesigns meeting structures within the Sales Department, and helps build operational processes for directing corporate clients from various Rakuten Group units to Rakuten Mobile. Requires experience in business process improvement, strong stakeholder communication, and a proactive, adaptable mindset. Preferred familiarity with SFA tools (e.g., Salesforce, kintone) and digital tools (Power Automate, Alteryx, Blue Prism); at least 1 year in corporate planning, sales promotion, or business planning; motivation to learn and tackle new challenges. Languages: Japanese (fluency). Location: Tokyo, Japan. End users: corporate clients; cross-functional collaboration across the Rakuten Group.
