Job Summary
Manage demand planning processes using forecasting methods across the service support life, analyzing trends to identify deviations and root causes. Evaluate forecast accuracy results to determine corrective actions and optimize stocking requirements for multi-echelon networks while minimizing inventory carrying costs. Monitor excess and obsolescence trends to mitigate cost impacts and balance materials to avoid overstock. Support lifecycle events such as NPI and Last Time Buy in collaboration with PLM and suppliers, while applying integrated software systems to drive process improvement and automation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor/master's degree in supply chain or math - related subject or Engineering
- 6-10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning or other roles with strong analytical aspects
- Fluency in English language
- Strong Analytical & Math skills
- Critical thinking, ability to make judgement based on data and facts
- Strong Problem-solving skills
- Organizational & Time management skills, ability to prioritize critical and important work / decisions
- Strong communication skills to interact with suppliers, customers and other supply chain team members
- High attention to details
- Able to apply tools and technology to produce results
- Able to understand global business processes and identify impact of change
- Strong computer literacy
