Manage and organize HIPAA-compliant medical records while processing and coordinating medical record requests and documentation. Obtain insurance authorizations and verify benefits by phone and email to ensure patients receive necessary care. Communicate with patients and team members to maintain smooth clinic operations and support daily administrative functions. This role requires at least one year of medical receptionist experience and offers a consistent daytime schedule with Friday afternoons off. Required Qualifications
