Job Summary
Business Office Secretary for a temporary assignment at Holliston Public Schools Central Office. Responsibilities include providing customer service on central office phones, sorting and distributing mail, managing Tuition and Rental Programs, maintaining registrations and titles for school-owned vehicles, preparing bid documentation, ordering Central Office supplies, and offering administrative support to transportation, maintenance, and finance departments. Duties also include registration of new students (authorization to release records, birth certificates, proof of residence), processing student work permits and CORIs, and assisting other support staff. Requires fingerprinting and background checks; preferred Associate’s Degree with strong organizational and administrative skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Apps; ability to manage multiple tasks and time effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Excellent Organizational, Interpersonal, and Administrative Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Apps
