Job Summary
Business Office Manager responsible for overseeing the facility's financial operations including transmission and billing of Medicare/Medicaid/insurance statements, acting as a liaison between families and billing agencies for financial assistance, onboarding new teammates, and ensuring accurate LTC billing. Requires knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare systems and LTC billing processes, with emphasis on customer service and adherence to organizational values. Roles span on-site coordination in a long-term care setting with opportunities for benefits, training, and career development.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required, college is preferred
- One to three years nursing home or business office accounting experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare systems
- Experience in LTC billing including Managed Medicare, traditional Medicare and the Medicaid application process highley preferred
- Customer Service focused and the ability to demonstrate the core values listed above is a must!
