Executive-level SNF business office manager responsible for supervision and coordination of insurance claims and billing, accounts receivable, claims submission to payers, month-end processing, and resident trust, as well as cash management, accounts payable, and financial reporting. Duties include daily census recording, patient billing, bank reconciliations, vendor communications, and collaboration with facility staff and Department of Social Services to secure resident financial benefits. Requires SNF business office experience, strong English communication, and a passion for serving the elderly. On-site, full-time role in Crystal Lake, IL with a schedule that includes Manager on Duty weekend rotation.
