Job Summary
Business Office Manager at Isle at Watercrest Mansfield leads a critical operating function supporting resident billing, payroll administration, accounts payable, and general business office operations. The role partners with Executive Director and leaders to ensure accurate financial records, payroll processing, vendor management, and compliant administrative functions, while delivering hospitality-focused resident and family service. Responsibilities include coordinating resident billing and collections, maintaining resident census and level-of-care updates, processing deposits and reconciliations, reviewing timecards, onboarding, benefits, and personnel documentation, supporting recruiting and onboarding, assisting with tours and events, and participating in budget reviews and operational documentation. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, has at least two years of experience in payroll, bookkeeping or office operations, and is familiar with OneSite / RealPage; strong communication, organizational, and multi-system proficiency are required. The role emphasizes professional, organized, and resident-focused administrative partnership to support daily community operations and overall resident experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Accounting, or related field required
- At least 2 years of experience in payroll, bookkeeping, office management, or business office operations required
- Senior living, healthcare, multifamily, hospitality, or related industry experience preferred
- Experience with OneSite / RealPage required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required
- Computer proficiency and comfort working within multiple business systems required
- Professionals comfortable balancing financial responsibilities with resident and employee interaction
- Individuals with strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Candidates experienced with payroll processing, accounts payable, billing, reconciliations, and administrative coordination preferred
