Job Summary

Business Office Manager role overseeing office operations for Senior Helpers’ North Richland Hills location. Responsibilities include customer service funnel, scheduling care operations, payroll and recruitment support, billing and accounts receivable/payable, and clerical/records management with HIPAA and LTC/Medicaid/VA/government compliance. Requires 4+ years in office management or healthcare administration, high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus), strong communication skills, tech proficiency (Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, CRMs, in-home care software), and ability to pass background checks. On-site full-time role (40 hours/week) in North Richland Hills, TX; hourly rate $22-$24 based on experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in office management, healthcare administration, customer service leadership, or a fast-paced staffing/scheduling environment
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree or related secondary education is a plus
  • Must have a valid Texas driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Must be able to pass background check and pre-employment screenings
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, in-home care software, CRMs
  • Regulatory Compliance & Industry Insight: reading/writing/interpreting industry-specific documentation, state policies, procedures, and training manuals
