Oversee accounts receivable, billing operations, and claims processing for a long-term care facility; manage resident trust funds; ensure timely Medicare/HMO claims and prompt billing for hospice and other payers; train staff to ensure robust backup coverage; collaborate in interdisciplinary meetings to review admissions, discharges, and payer changes; handle general office tasks including mail, PCC records, and verification of financials for new admissions; requires strong organization, attention to detail, and professional communication in English.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in accounts receivable and general financial processes
- Proficient in typing, 10-key entry, and general computer use
- Clear English communication, both verbal and written
- Meets deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail
- Cares genuinely for elderly and disabled individuals
