Job Summary

Own and oversee financial and administrative operations in a Long-Term Care setting: manage Accounts Receivable, support monthly private pay billing, process cash deposits, verify financial details for new inquiries/admissions, submit Medicare/ MSP/Managed Care/insurance claims, maintain resident trust funds, ensure timely Medicare/HMO claims by the 5th of each month, and bill hospice promptly. Provide training and coverage for office backup to maintain the “3 Deep” policy; participate in interdisciplinary meetings to review admissions, discharges, and payer changes; handle mail, update PCC records, and verify financials for new admissions. Requires strong organization, multitasking, proficiency with typing and general computer use, and clear English communication, with a focus on accuracy, deadlines, and compassionate service to elderly and disabled individuals.
