Job Summary
Business Office Manager for a skilled nursing facility responsible for independent oversight of business office and day-to-day accounting functions as interim BOM. Coordinates with Corporate AR Team, ensures compliance with company policies and government regulations, supports special projects, health plan payer resolutions, training, analysis, and audits. Requires knowledge of skilled nursing billing practices (Medicare/Medicaid), and strong communication, organization, and office software skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must have prior BOM experience in a skilled nursing facility
- Experience with Medicare/Medicaid billing and collection practices
- Decentralized billing experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
