Job Summary
Join Middleton Village Nursing and Rehab as a Business Office Manager (BOM). This role oversees the business office functions under the Administrator, manages the resident trust account (RFMS), coordinates Medicaid pending processes with families, supports the QAPI process, ensures timely deposits and month-end closings, and leads the triple-check process. The BOM will also handle collections and deposits, ensuring accurate financial workflows and compliance within a skilled nursing facility. Experience in a nursing-home setting is required, with a focus on professional communication, initiative, and a patient-centered approach to care. Walk-ins are welcome.
