Required Qualifications
- Experience as a BOM in healthcare
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, regulations, and healthcare financial processes
- Comfortable meeting with residents/families to discuss financial obligations
- Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Office
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
