The Business Office Manager (BOM) is responsible for managing all aspects of the business office, including billing, collections, payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Key duties include maintaining accurate financial records, preparing monthly reports, coordinating with insurance companies for billing and reimbursement, and training office staff. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field, along with strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Required Qualifications
