Job Summary
Lead support of the agency’s business functions and financial management, coordinating office activities, medical records, data entry, and patient record maintenance. Manages payroll, HR processes, contracts, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, vendor relationships, and office operations. Supervises Health Information Coordinators, ensures regulatory-compliant medical records, and supports administrative coordination for interdisciplinary teams. Delivers strong customer service, maintains office systems, and supports budget preparation and cost-control initiatives. Requires experience in office leadership, healthcare administration, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; role emphasizes supervising staff, coordinating administration, and ensuring efficient operations in a healthcare setting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of high school education and some college; 4-year degree preferred
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in business office management preferred
- Home Health experience preferred
- Leadership experience preferred
- Basic Computer knowledge; Microsoft Office preferred
