Job Summary
As the Director of Business Administration, you will act as the initial point-of-contact for HR and accounting matters, manage recruitment and onboarding in the community, interpret policies for employees, process A/R and A/P and payroll, analyze variances between payroll and budget, and produce proposals and presentations. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience with HRIS and basic GL/Accounts Payable systems. This leadership position supports the community by overseeing HR and accounting functions, driving efficiency in payroll, billing, and vendor relations, and partnering with corporate teams on organizational development and strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year degree in a Business-related field; 4-year degree from an accredited university in a Business-related field preferred
- 3 years of business office experience with HR and accounting
- Prior Human Resources experience and/or education preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of HRIS system a plus
