Job Summary
Lead and manage the business office for The Vered, a new luxury assisted living and memory care community, overseeing resident billing and accounts receivable, LTCI billing, accounts payable, budgeting, vendor relations, onboarding and payroll, compliance, OSHA and workplace safety, and staff supervision. Collaborate with the Executive Director to ensure accurate financial records, revenue growth, occupancy support, and adherence to regulatory standards. Requires strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Yardi or similar financial systems, plus experience supervising accounting/administrative teams and ensuring financial controls across operations.
Required Qualifications
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Experience in healthcare administration or senior living financial operations
