Job Summary

Responsible for coordinating and managing office functions and providing assistance to the Administrator daily. Assists with answering phones and assisting residents, family members and potential clients with clerical duties as needed. Prepares and processes accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and related financial tasks; maintains resident information, billing, and collections; ensures accurate input and timely bank deposits; organizes employee files and supporting documentation; communicates between departments for events, vendors, and inquiries; follows Marketing guidelines for phone inquiries; supports general clerical duties as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Two years bookkeeping experience, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll functions is preferred
  • Two year degree in Business or Accounting preferred
  • Must possess effective verbal/written communication skills, solid mathematical skills, strong organizational skills, and be detail oriented
  • Ability to represent the facility in a positive and professional manner
  • Must be able to work effectively in an individual or team setting
  • Working knowledge of computers including Excel, Word, and MS Office is required
