Job Summary
Direct the Community's Business Office: oversee payroll and accounting controls, coordinate risk management, administer all accounting functions, and supervise department staff. Lead recruitment, onboarding, personnel files, benefits administration, and training. Ensure a safe environment and promote teamwork across departments, with expectations to work flexible hours including holidays as needed. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint) and ability to perform background checks and health screenings. Requires ability to adapt to vaccination/safety protocols per regulatory guidelines and to support the organization’s mission and values in a senior living setting.
Required Qualifications
- College course or other education in business administration and/or management preferred.
