Job Summary
Direct the community business office for Cogir Senior Living, overseeing human resources, payroll, billing, and operational processes; serve as primary contact for resident billing and HR questions, manage accounts receivable, contracts, and renewals, coordinate new resident orientation and move-ins, maintain resident and employee files per regulatory guidelines, conduct new hire orientation, manage payroll, ensure budget alignment with the Executive Director, and supervise front desk staff including recruiting, training, and staff development; requires 3-5 years in business office management or related fields, proficiency with CRM software and MS Office, knowledge of employment laws, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work evenings/weekends. Experience in independent living, assisted living, or memory care is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in business office management, finance, human resources, or accounting
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws
- Working knowledge of general accounting, billing, collections, and expense management
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work evenings and/or weekends when needed
- Experience in senior living or related environments preferred
