Job Summary

Directs the community's business office at Cogir Senior Living in Battle Ground, WA, overseeing accounts receivable, resident contracts, payroll, HR processes, and front desk operations. Serves as primary contact for residents, families, and staff on billing and HR questions; coordinates new resident orientation/move-ins; ensures regulatory documentation and files for residents and employees; collaborates with the Executive Director to maintain budget; supervises front desk staff including recruiting, training, and development; requires 3-5 years in business-office/finance/HR/accounting and strong communication, accuracy, and integrity; willingness to work evenings/weekends when needed.

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in business office management, finance, human resources, or accounting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
  • Knowledge of general accounting, billing, collections, and expense management
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High degree of accuracy; attention to detail
  • Capacity to work evenings and/or weekends when needed
  • Experience in independent living (IL), assisted living (AL), memory care (MC), or senior living preferred
