Job Summary
Directs and oversees the business office and HR functions at The Residence at Basking Ridge. Responsible for accounts payable/receivable, payroll, vendor management, budgeting, and related reporting; supervises the receptionist and supports the front desk; ensures compliance with corporate policies and state/local regulations; utilizes the Yardi system for billing and collections; coordinates pay arrangements and maintains personnel and resident files; participates in in-service training and contributes to occupancy growth through community engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in business office management (including bookkeeping and/or human resources responsibilities)
- Knowledge of receivables and collections, general bookkeeping, wage and overtime laws and payroll functions
- Bachelor's Degree in business from an accredited university is preferred (not required)
