Job Summary
Business Office Consultant for Evergreen Healthcare Group overseeing communities in South Dakota and Montana. Responsible for managing, supporting, and directing accounts receivable activities, including monthly A/R reviews with BOM, ED, and RVP, using aging data and line-by-line review to meet collection goals. Serves as liaison between communities and the Central Billing Office, Vancouver Service Office, and the Legal Department for Medicaid applications, write-offs, refunds, and collection issues. Maintains collection logs, coordinates with external counsel for applicable accounts, and supports roundtables and A/R processes. Requires experience with PointClickCare (PCC), strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and knowledge of state/federal laws applicable to long-term care business offices.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in skilled nursing business office
- Experience using PointClickCare (PCC) software
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills

- Strong organizational and interpersonal/teamwork skills
- Ability to conduct effective accounts receivable reviews and liaise between multiple offices
- Knowledge of state/federal laws and regulations related to business office in long-term care
