Job Summary
Business Office Assistant responsible for maintaining administrative procedures in alignment with policies and regulations. Duties include organizing and directing administrative activities, taking meeting minutes, clerical and accounting tasks (cash receipts, data entry), potential HR/payroll support, maintaining confidentiality of resident information, and supporting the Administrator, DON, and Business Office Manager. Also assists with documentation, reporting, inter-department coordination, and ensuring availability of office supplies and equipment; emphasizes adherence to ergonomics and safety policies and fosters community relations. Proficiency with office machines, Excel, typing at least 40 WPM, and 10-key calculator usage are preferred.
