Job Summary
Business Office Assistant responsible for daily banking deposits, dealer trades, posting funding notices, processing and tracking return checks, submitting service contracts and aftermarket products, processing cancellations, performing accounts reconciliations, posting new and preowned inventory, and maintaining office supplies within Fletcher Jones Automotive Group's centralized Regional Business Office in California. Requires experience in an automotive dealership (preferred), strong multitasking and interpersonal skills, and a collaborative mindset focused on professional development.
