Job Summary
Business Office Analyst responsible for financial and accounting analysis in the automotive context, handling data input via Excel, serving as the contact for Financial/Data Collection reviews, and distributing metrics to teams. Will develop, track, and distribute daily and monthly metrics; perform advanced accounting/finance activities and metrics reporting using Power BI; focus on process/method development and data analysis, with interaction across all business levels. Requires Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration, strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI), data manipulation in Excel (pivot tables), and comfort using SharePoint; experience in automotive field or with engineers is desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting / Business Administration or appropriate discipline
- Financial acumen, strong team orientation, communication and organizational skills
- Moderate/advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI)
- Ability to use high level functions of Excel (pivot tables, data manipulation)
- Experience with SharePoint data access and manipulation
