Business Marketing Manager - M&A, PE, Capital Markets

Oversee the "Front Door" for MCD requests by managing intake and prioritization of practice-level marketing needs. Manage preparation of standard pitches and capability statements while partnering with Strategy & Enablement teams to activate BU-specific assets. Orchestrate timelines for legal directory submissions and direct execution of boutique client moments. Coordinate market research initiatives and lead onboarding for lateral attorneys. Serve as direct supervisor, handling staffing coverage, time logs, and employee lifecycle events including hiring and performance appraisals. Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and iManage, with ability to work extended hours and travel.
