Job Summary
Lead analytics-driven efforts to optimize Capital One’s digital navigation and information architecture. Develop and manage the analytics agenda for XPA, partner with product/tech teams to instrument data, define success metrics, and run A/B experiments to validate hypotheses. Champion intuitive user experiences by delivering insights on customer navigation metrics, shaping the Destination Vision for EASE Navigability, and driving strategic improvements across lending products and digital channels. Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance to sequence delivery, build business requirements, and influence go-to-market and product strategies. Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations, mentor analysts, and communicate effectively with executives to steer priorities and drive growth, profitability, and customer value.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience performing analysis
- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems) or related field OR Master's Degree in a quantitative field OR MBA with quantitative concentration
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Experience leading analytics projects and potentially managing 1-2 analysts
- Experience with product analytics, digital navigation, or customer experience optimization
