Job Summary
Business Manager in Finance and Business Management (F&BM) to support the Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) teams. Build relationships across business and functional support teams, drive leadership team agendas and meetings, develop executive-level business review materials and messaging, lead process improvement and innovation initiatives, manage budgeting and expense tracking, oversee real estate processes in partnership with relevant teams, coordinate recruitment activities with HR, evaluate and enhance department processes, systems, and infrastructure; support leaders with presentations and day-to-day issue resolution; contribute to projects on behalf of Finance and Business Management; ensure a sound control environment and effective risk management. Skills include strong communication, collaboration, organizational excellence, proficiency with Excel/Word/PowerPoint, adaptability, ethics, and experience supporting senior management or global teams.
